Physician to Physician Discussions > medspa company approached me to work in our office

Hi,

A small medspa company approached me and would like to work under my license. I am an internist and my own office I'm opening up in June. They only offer fillers, botox, prp, and pdo thread lifts at this point and they do have clients of their own. They basically want to sublease, yet they would like to get more patients. I would like to get into the medspa business and will be having a meeting with them. They also told me that their Dr. is getting older and they don't think he will be in business soon as well as they don't like the area the office their currently in.

What type of arrangement should I ask from them and how much? It seems, I would be handing them over patients and promoting their services. I have seen salary + commission, but would like advice. I obviously would be taking all liability. I am based in Nevada as well. Also, must I be present if they have clients?

Thank you for much for your insight.
