Cosmetic IPL Laser Reviews & Comparisons > Aerolase Neo vs Sciton BBL

We're deciding between the Aerolase Neo and Sciton BBL. Both seem to have a broad range of applications. It will be our first laser for the practice, so looking to treat lentigos, telangiectasias, rosacea, hair removal and do photofacials and skin tighttening. Any advice?

Go with the Sciton BBL (in my opinion). Scition is well respected on this site and they did well in customer service feedback on the IPL / Laser feedback reports. I don't have anything to say about Aerolase either way so can't help you there.

17245698100213 Hello, Don't be driven by names. I have used both the Scition and the Aerolase. When I became serious in purchasing a new laser for a new MedSpa, I researched everything from price point, multi-platform vs single platform lasers, and most importantly, RESULTS! I found that even though the Scition is a great laser, the Aerolase laser produced wonderful results with the first treatment. Better yet, since it was affordable to purchase, I could reflect that savings in my Laser treatment costs! Every one of my clients have been completely satisfied with their results!
