Can you tell me what settings you use and the regimes for incontinence and tightening?
Thank you

Hello! I've been having the same problem, I'm using myotaaut serum and the results are amazing!

We just obtained Votiva, by Inmode. It uses Radio Frequency for the vaginal walls and Microneedling and Radiofrequency for the outer part. It is not a painful procedure when used with topical lidocaine. So far this machine has proven itself to be very effective. Some of my patients noticed an improvement in urinary incontinence almost the very next day and significant improvement in vaginal dryness, painful intercourse and tissue laxity and the cosmetic aspect. Thanks. If you have any questions you can call our office

Lot of misinformation out there about these products.

basically 2 delivery systems: Laser and RF.

The lasers re-epithelialize the mucosa, treat lichen, and have an effect on incontinence in certain patients. They do not offer significant tightening, in spite of what companies may say.

The RF devices are tissue tighteners; good for addressing laxity, shrinking labia, and there is some cross over with the lasers in that they will also help address incontinence (and in truth, though the two are fairly comparable, RF is probably the better modality here for UI/SI.) In spite of what RF companies say, they will NOT address chronic vaginal dryness or painfull intercourse. Any change in vaginal moisture will simply be due to improved patient confidence and comfort, not due to a histological change like you see with lasers.

For the lasers: only one laser was built from the ground up for the vagina, the Deka product you described. All the others are facial lasers with vaginal probes simply slapped on

For the RF products, there are multiple legitimate options : Genevive, ThermiVa, Votiva, and most recently Vitalia. Potentially Ultrafemme 360, which I'll admit to not knowing much about
